Hello Loksewa Pvt. Ltd. Terms and Policy for the Students.

1. Student can attend the orientation/demo class for free and decide for themselves to be enrolled for specific subjects or not. ( विद्यार्थीले अभिमुखीकरण / डेमो कक्षामा नि: शुल्क उपस्थित हुन सक्नेछन् र आफैलाई सम्वन्धित विषयहरूको लागि भर्ना हुने वा नहुने निर्णय गर्न सक्दछन्।)
2. Student must enroll to the subject with full fee within the time period given and if full payment is not possible then he/she can pay 50% of total amount (Genuine reason must be provided) in an understanding with remaining 50% shall be cleared within 7 days.( विद्यार्थीले तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र पूर्ण शुल्क सहित सम्वन्धित विषयमा भर्ना हुनुपर्नेछ र यदि पूर्ण भुक्तानी सम्भव नभएमा उसले कुल रकमको ५०% (वास्तविक कारण प्रदान गरि) भुक्तानी गर्न सक्नेछ र बाँकी रहेको ५०% शुल्क ७ दिन भित्र भुक्तान गर्नु पर्नेछ।)
3. Once a Student is already enrolled he/she cannot ask for a refund. ( विद्यार्थीले कक्षाको लागि भर्ना भएको खण्डमा भर्ना शुल्क फिर्ताको लागि माग गर्न पाउने छैन। )
4. Student can no longer ask for a refund after a student has already access to the contents available on the website. ( विद्यार्थीको वेबसाइटमा उपलब्ध सामग्रीहरूमा पहुँच छ भने शुल्क फिर्ताको लागि माग राख्न पाउने छैन। )
5. Student cannot share any kind of digital materials shared by the company or shall be punished according to the copyright act decided by Government of Nepal. ( विद्यार्थीले कम्पनीद्वारा उपलब्ध गराएको कुनै पनि प्रकारको डिजिटल सामग्री Share गर्न पाउने छैन र यदि Share गरेको पाईएमा नेपाल सरकारले निर्णय गरेको प्रतिलिपि अधिकार ऐन अनुसार कारवाही हुनेछ।)
6. Student can always question about the content taught by the Instructors and shall be cleared by the Instructors then. ( विद्यार्थीले प्रशिक्षकहरूद्वारा सिकाएको सामग्रीको बारेमा हर बखत प्रश्न गर्न सक्दछन् र तत्पश्चात प्रशिक्षकहरूद्वारा प्रष्ट गरिनेछ।)
